Committees:

First Christian Church

Our congregation utilizes a committee structure to perform much of the work of the church.  Each committee takes responsibility and ownership for certain ministries.  Members and friends who desire to get more involved in the ministry life of the congregation should seek to get involved in one of the following ministry Committees:

 

Education Committee-Encourages and promotes the Christian education for all ages.

Christian Outreach Committee-Encourages the members of the congregation to participate and support Christian outreach and service.

Evangelism Committee-Develops a program of church growth seeking to involve the congregation and promoting an interest for winning people to Christ.

Membership Committee-Develops and strengthens Christian relationships within the congregation.

Property Committee-Oversees the use and maintenance of the church building, as a place from which ministry is offered.

Sterwardship Committee-Encourages the regular giving of time, talent and material sources.

Worship Committee-Encourages a genuine experience of worship for the congregation and provides ways for enriching personal and family devotion life.
